Explora Journeys offers ten diverse culinary experiences to discover, including in-suite dining - each distinct and created to celebrate global cooking talents and wholesome ingredients sourced by local partners. Guests may choose from an effortless all-day dining restaurant or choose from a variety of specialty cuisinses such as Mediterranean, Pan-Asian, Interational and more. A sophisticated concept restaurant onboard showcases up-and-coming chefs from around the globe and the Chef’s kitchen allows you to prepare exquisite meals with the help of our talented chefs
Main Dining Room Policies: All-day Dining, Mediterranean and International restaurants are open seating. Pan-Asian, Steakhouse and Concept restaurants require reservations and have assigned dining tables and seating times.
Dress Code: There is no official dress code onboard but an Elegant Resort Casual style is suggested.
Beverage Policy: All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages included.
Special Requests: If you require a special diet or if you need to have special food items available aboard ship, please notify the your Vacations To Go travel counselor at the time of booking. Explora Journeys caters to guests with gluten free dietary requirements. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are also available.
